The nature of all people is the same, their difference is only in habits.
Confucius
You can instill a habit in yourself by using simple principles:
- 30 days for one and only one habit
- Write down the goal on paper along with the reasons, obstacles and ways to overcome them.
- Publicly announce your intentions
- Record your progress
- Report them publicly every day
- Make sure that there is someone to support you in a difficult moment
- Reward yourself even for small success
- If something doesn't work out — find the errors, plan a new attempt and try again
But let's move on to the main thing — habits:
- The most important of them is —positive thinking. By mastering it, you will provide yourself with an easier path to any subsequent goal.
- Physical education. Despite the fact that everyone agrees with its usefulness, not everyone agrees that it changes lives. However, it changes: it adds confidence, positivity, reduces stress and improves brain function.
- One-task. Solving only one task at a time allows you to be more efficient, do more and reduce stress levels.
- Focus on one goal. Just as one task is better than switching attention, so one goal chosen as the main one is better struck: you can only think about it and make every effort to the right point.
- Eliminating everything you can do without. The same principle of concentration is used here: do not waste time on the unloved and unnecessary, enjoy your beloved.
- Kindness. Kindness is also a habit, cultivate it in yourself and you will feel how the world around you is getting better.
- Daily routine. Work out your approach to waking up, getting started, having breakfast and exercise, spending the evening and all the regular activities in your life. They will immediately start to get easier.
