The FX channel has released a new trailer for the series "Shogun" — this time marked Red Band, which indicates an "adult" rating of the video.
"Shogun" is a new TV adaptation of the novel of the same name by James Clavell. He tells about an English navigator who came to Japan during the time of the samurai. Once in a new world for himself, he begins to comprehend the harsh local laws and becomes a participant in the struggle for power within the country.
The main roles in the show were played by Cosmo Jarvis, Hiroyuki Sanada, Anna Sawai and Tadanobu Asano. The showrunners and screenwriters were Justin Marks and Rachel Kondo.
The first season of "Shogun" will consist of ten episodes. The series will begin airing on February 27 on FX and Hulu.
