It is almost impossible to control yourself due to the fact that if you are passionate about work, you can "disappear" for several hours, while remaining almost motionless. Workrave is an open source program available for Windows that will make sure that you do not recycle, do mini-breaks and charge those parts of the body that fall into the risk area. This program is a window like this:
The first point is the time after which you just need to take a break for half a minute. The second is the rest of the time until the 10-minute break, the third is the rest of the total working time.
You can configure all time intervals at your discretion.
The most important thing is that you can choose for yourself whether it is possible to postpone forced rest or not, lock the computer or not, etc.
During a 10-minute break, you can do a lot of exercises for the hands and fingers, for the eyes, shoulders and neck.
