Anker has introduced a new 7 in 2 port that is compatible with current MacBook models. The new generation Anker 547 USB-C Hub (7-in-2) allows you to connect to two external monitors at once and does not interfere with MagSafe charging. To do this, HDMI was moved to the long part of the case.
Also in the new version, the shape of the case was slightly changed to match the design of modern MacBook Pro and Air, and also added the marking of connectors on the top of the device. The color of the Anker logo will also help to distinguish the versions: the new model has black, while the old one has silver.
The set of connectors remained the same. There is a USB-C for charging up to 100 watts and 40 Gbit/s data transfer and a pair of USB-A 3.0 (5 Gbit/s) for connecting accessories. To output images to external monitors, there is another USB-C and HDMI 2.0. They allow you to simultaneously connect two 60 Hz monitors with a resolution of 4K (HDMI) and 5K (USB-C). The hub also has slots for microSD and SD cards.
The new version of the Anker 547 USB-C Hub (7-in-2) was priced at 60 euros (≈5,200 rubles). It has already gone on sale in Europe.
