How to ideally prepare for a job interview

At one time, right after graduation, I attended a lot of interviews. It even happened that I was at SEVENTEEN interviews, after which I got a job at Golden Telecom. I received other offers, but at some point, stress-filled visits to HR departments became a hobby for me. Having received a job offer with an exit plan in two weeks, I went around everyone who invited me to talk :) After these tests, employment became quite simple for me.

While preparing for interviews, I always prepared a list of answers to difficult questions like "What are your plans for the next 2 years", "What goals do you set for yourself?", "And if you are offered a salary twice as high as the competition, will you leave us?", etc. This helped a lot in communicating with HR’s and direct line managers. You begin to confidently answer "uncomfortable" (in their opinion) questions and they like you.

Today I found the perfect list of questions/answers to prepare for a job interview, filling out which, you will be Mr. Confidence :)

The list in the form of a convenient template was prepared by the author of the blog "Life after College" and includes everything you need to pass any interview with the HR department, which simply weeds out people by attractiveness and adequacy. Naturally, when communicating on Prof. topics with a representative of your department, this list will be less useful.
