1. Put the washed fruit on the cutting board sideways. Cut off the peel on the top and on the bottom.
2. Make longitudinal incisions along the entire length of the skin crosswise. If the fruit is large, you can repeat the same thing to get eight parts-"petals".
3. Remove the fragments of the peel — they will be easily separated.
4. Free the broomstick from the remnants of the white film and break it into slices.
1. Put the washed fruit on its side. With a sharp knife , cut the peel in a circle in the middle of the fruit.
2. Put your fingers under the skin on both sides of the incision. Moving in a circle, gradually pull off the "clothes" from the broomstick. First remove one lid, and then the other.
3. Remove the remaining white film and divide the fruit into slices.
1. Cut the washed citrus across into two equal halves.
2. Put one part of the pomelo pulp down. Cut the peel crosswise. Remove the "petals" of the skin with your hands.
3. Peel the pomelo from the white film, dividing it into half-slices.
4. Do the same with the second half of the fruit.
1. Put the washed fruit on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, get rid of the peel on the top and on the bottom.
2. Cut the broomstick across in thick rings. The smaller the pieces you want to get, the narrower the plates should be.
3. Make an incision on the skin of the ring and unfold it.
4. Separate the pieces of pomelo from the skin and white film.
