London 2040. Real estate prices have long been insane, and people are out of work because of the mechanization of labor. The state got rid of social programs to support affordable housing, so the poor are now forced to engage in crime and huddle in the "Kitchen" — the last refuge from where people simply refuse to leave.
A dystopia about the economic crisis in the UK will be the directorial debut of Daniel Kaluuya from Away. The main role in the film will be played by British rapper Kano.
Road House
A former professional fighter gets a job as a bouncer in a provincial bar. Soon he has to confront not only drunken visitors, but also local criminal authorities.
"House by the road" is a remake of the film of the same name with the star "Ghosts" by Patrick Swayze. The director of the new version was the director of "The Edge of the Future" Doug Lyman.
