"Run, about-everything.wiki, run," the website's slogan urges us. Given the current weather, of course, it is extremely difficult to force yourself to run. But you are afraid to stick your nose out into the street only when you are sitting at home, curled up under a warm blanket. When you go outside, you breathe in a breath of fresh air, which is sobering and energizing – at least that's how it is with me.
But that's not what I'm talking about. And the fact that even if you can't bring yourself to run at the present time of the year, this is not a reason to throw yourself, not to take care of your own health and "score" on sports. Therefore, now the mentioned slogan can be rephrased as follows: "Run, about-everything.wiki, run for sports." And it doesn't matter what exactly it will be – the main thing is to really have fun. For example, I attend aqua aerobics. I admit, sometimes I have to force myself, but every time at the end of the lesson I am convinced that it was one of the most productive 45 minutes of the whole day. I need these classes not only for the sake of sports, they also help me in my professional activities. For example, during sports, ideas often arise for writing articles, as well as implementing other plans.
Today, for example, I caught myself thinking that I had learned to be more collected and disciplined. In fact, this is a great experience that should be transferred to everyday life. Judge for yourself: I have only one task in front of me – to perform tasks quickly and as accurately as possible, while, of course, I do not think whether I want to do it – there is no time for that. I also work at full power, as soon as my strength allows. I don't look around and I don't think that the neighbor on the right is not moving so fast, so I can relax. No, you clearly see and understand who is capable of what, so it doesn't even occur to you to compare yourself with someone else. Focusing solely on your own strength – only to complete the task quickly and efficiently. At the same time, you clearly realize that if the exercise is given too easily, it means that you work poorly, you make little effort – the effect can be obtained only if you work hard. At the same time, the instructor's voice only stimulates to action: "Girls, hurry up. Let's pick up speed, don't relax, more, more." So it would be good to arrange our consciousness so that it does not tell us: "I can't, I don't want to, I won't do it." On the contrary, you need to program yourself like this: "come on, baby, you can, faster. That's it, good, well done."
But it's the same in life, friends, "diligence and work will grind everything" – without this, "you won't catch a fish out of the pond." And don't look for excuses:
A) There is no time – there is probably some kind of sports complex near your home or work, so an hour of classes will not take you a lot of time;
B) There are no finances – if you can't afford a regular subscription, use the services of discount sites – there are so many of them now that it won't be difficult for you to find a suitable option for the direction of classes, time and location. Finally, you can study at home.
C) The state of health does not allow – sport itself is not harmful. You can damage yourself with an incorrectly selected level of physical activity, overestimating your own strength. Try to understand exactly what you need – breathing programs, cardio, stretching exercises, dance classes, etc.
As soon as you decide, start acting. And don't let the start frighten you, because you will absolutely enjoy the training process, and even more – from the result.
