Remember, there was such an interesting Odigo IM client about eight years ago, which had a proprietary feature - it allowed you to see Odigo users who were also present on the site where you were at the moment. A very convenient thing that added a bunch of new thematic acquaintances. A few years later, the ICQ team also implemented this idea in the form of a separate plugin. Well, then it somehow got lost in time along with plugins and clients. Me.dium is the same idea, only in the form of an add–on to browsers, and implemented at a higher quality level.
The application allows you to detect service users who visit the same places on the Internet with you. This is implemented in the form of a small window that will show people, as well as allow you to chat with them, add them to your friends list. To add to the interlocutors, the Facebook* network is supported, well, Me.dium itself.
Me.dium is implemented as an extension to browsers powered by Mozilla, as well as in the form of a plug-in to Internet Explorer. There is also a widget available that can be placed on your site – it will signal the visit of the Me.dium page by users. The color scheme of the service that opens in the sidebar can be selected from several sets, there is a search, an audio alert. You can surf the open spaces, or you can do it in an otherwise invisible way. In general, this is another beautifully implemented social tool for thematic communication, which, I think, will be popular. I'm in Me.dium, join us!
