Mobile Research analyst Eldar Murtazin, who has long been known for "his love" for Apple, recently said that the Cupertinos hired developers to work with Android.
There is nothing surprising in the fact that Apple may start developing some of its crown applications for Android. Anyway, Tim Cook talked about it back in 2013. But Eldar Murtazin did not stop at such statements and said that Apple even has prototypes of an iPhone with the Android operating system.
"Apple is different in that they try to look one or two steps ahead, and if they can't win, then at least lead the march. Today, this idea sounds about as crazy as the fact that in due time they will abandon their architecture and switch to Intel in their computers. But this direction also exists, because they are all in the same boat – both Samsung and Apple," Murtazin said.
At the same time, he added that the presence of such prototypes does not mean that the Cupertinos are going to put them into mass production.
And a few more statements by Eldar Murtazin:
In 2014, Apple destroyed the myth that they know how to create working software. Glitches in all products and serious glitches — from iOS to macOS

Therefore, in the case of Apple and Android, the word never, I would not apply. They have difficult years ahead and further market share losses.

Let me remind you that Google is already destroying the Apple ecosystem in applications. Many people buy In-Apps on the Play Store, as they are cheaper there :)

But the fact that Apple is already aware that they are losing on all fronts in the war against Google, and pushed them to study the enemy ;)
