Many of us are already very, very smart and have attended a bunch of trainings and other useless events, where they tried to inspire us with smart, but understandable to everyone, if you think about it, things. After or even before these trainings, it is easy to understand that it is necessary to analyze past cases, be it victories, be it defeats. Both are a reason to learn. And, I note, the smartest of us really do it. And they understand that the result came from those, not other actions, and that it is possible to fix the formula: do this — there will be such a result.
But smart schemes, even if we manage to remember them, don't work as well as dependencies. And addictions, it seems to me, occur only against the background of sensations, pleasant, as a rule, sensations. So the connection is invincible: I feel bad, and no one cares + when I eat ice cream, I feel good = I'll eat ice cream when I feel bad.
A connection tied to feelings is brighter. Therefore, it often overshadows a reasonable connection based on one's own or someone else's experience and reflections. Staying constantly in a rational form, you can be considered a cracker and a bore, which interferes with communication (and do you need it?). That's why smart people came up with a reward system for their loved one. The connection between the right choice and behavior and a successful result must necessarily be fixed with a material and pleasant feeling. Then things will go smoother in the future.
Wrote a good note — eat ice cream. Here it goes: a bunch of notes and shops for big people are guaranteed to you.
