If the point «Eat healthy and healthy food » has got into your plans for 2010, then this article will just help you start this very difficult path. Like every righteous person, on this path you will be ambushed by a lot of temptations in the form of cakes / beer / fast food / restaurants, etc. (select and underline what you need). To make it easier for yourself and your stomach, you should start by making a shopping list and write a Plan for healthy foods.

Standard electronic versions of such lists are not very functional, besides they are not free. Therefore, we have no choice but to take the matter (and our own health) into our own hands. Here is a list of necessary things: a tablet-notebook, a cup on a magnet for pens or just a pen on a magnet, and a list of useful products made by you. It is not necessary to do it on magnets, you can just keep such a list. But with such a list on the refrigerator, you are unlikely to forget about proper nutrition.

It's quite easy to do this, because there are a huge number of examples of various lists that you can redo for yourself.

So, to begin with, you analyze which products you buy most often and add them to your shopping list, then make a table for the menu for the week (breakfast, lunch and dinner), which you fill out as needed.

Making such shopping lists for at least a week, you begin to see what the bulk of the money is spent on, what products you buy and whether it is not too much to spend on all sorts of very useless little things that they like to place right next to the cash register. Admit that few of you do not take at least a small chocolate or toffee there simply because you are standing in line, you have nothing to do, and your hands are reaching for sweets. After such a purchase, the question is « Why do I need it, actually?» and remains unanswered, but the chocolate is eaten. So it will benefit not only your health, but also your wallet.
