A small addition to the camp of reviews of office time killers...
Today's hero is a Harvest: massive encounter toy, in which once again you will have to try on the skin of a colonist fighting off hordes of evil spirits. Do not rush to spit and close the page, in fact, the project is quite good, so it deserves at least to tell you a little more about it.
So, everything is simple: three planets, one resource, 2 guns (okay, 4, taking into account modifications) and countless herds of enemies, prying from all sides along a simple trajectory. Power plants generate energy that feeds buildings, cannons and harvesters, harvesters collect minerals that are immediately exchanged for local "bucks", and guns are pounding on everyone who tries to interfere with this process.
Here's the trick. Electricity is transmitted not just by air from building to building (tea is not wi-fi), but by means of energy circuits from one object to another. Transmission takes time, and the "range" of each of the circuits and the power plant capacity is limited. In addition, the adversaries are trying in every possible way to disrupt the energy circuit, leaving the guns without energy, and the base without protection. Do you get the idea? Actually, the gameplay turns into a tricky puzzle of rebuilding the base and building an optimal energy chain in the conditions of the far north combat situation. And if we consider that laser guns "link", increasing the power and range of fire, it becomes obvious that it will not be possible to get far on one spinal cord.
There are a whole series of game options to choose from, usually differing in the balance of tactics and strategy, as well as how great your chances are to hold out for at least 10 minutes. Well, "for dessert" — creative mode, in which there are more buildings and enemies appear strictly at will: a great opportunity to try to hone your skills.
P.S.: those who want to play for more than an hour can cook 25 bucks.
P.P.S.: you will have to download more than 50 MB, bloomers are not easy now.
