1. Custard pancakes with milk
Ingredients
3 eggs;
½ teaspoon of salt;
1 tablespoon of sugar;
10 g vanilla sugar;
400 ml of milk;
200 ml of boiling water;
200-300 g of flour;
3½ tablespoons of oil.
Preparation
Mix the eggs with salt, plain and vanilla sugar. Add milk and beat with a mixer. Gradually pour in the boiling water and continue whipping. After that, start pouring in the flour and do not stop stirring. Make sure that there are no lumps left.
Add three tablespoons of butter and beat the dough again. Cover the dish with a napkin and leave it at room temperature for half an hour.
Grease the frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat. Bake the pancakes for about a minute on one side and 30 seconds on the other.
3. Openwork custard pancakes on kefir with apple juice
Ingredients
240 g of flour;
250-270 ml of boiling water;
3 eggs;
200 ml of kefir;
3½ tablespoons of oil;
1 tablespoon of sugar;
½ teaspoon of salt;
⅓ teaspoon of soda;
200 ml of apple juice;
1 tablespoon of vodka.
Preparation
Gradually pour boiling water into 150 g of flour and mix so that there are no lumps left. Cool slightly and add the eggs in turn, beating the mixture with a mixer. Then combine with kefir, three tablespoons of butter, sugar and salt.
Add the remaining flour, soda, juice and vodka. Whisk and eliminate all lumps. Cover with a napkin and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Grease the frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat. Bake the pancakes for about a minute on each side.
Combine the eggs with salt and sugar, add the fermented baked milk. Gradually pour in the flour and mix so that there are no lumps left. Dissolve the soda in boiling water and gradually pour the liquid into the eggs with flour. After whipping the dough with three tablespoons of oil, get rid of lumps. Cover with a napkin and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Grease the frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat. Bake thin pancakes for about 15-20 seconds on each side.
Beat the eggs with salt, sugar and yogurt, then combine with flour. Pour boiling water over the soda, mix, add to the dough and whisk. Leave the pancake batter at room temperature for 5 minutes, then add three tablespoons of oil to it and mix.
Grease the frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat. Bake the pancakes for about a minute and a half on each side.
