I must say right away that almost none of the recipes will do without chocolate. Buy the cheapest, but real. Try to do without vegetable fats and soy. In Moscow, the cheapest chocolate I have seen, perhaps, in Swedish shops at IKEA.
You will need chocolate bars in sufficient quantity, filling (nuts, prunes, dried apricots, marzipan) and sprinkling (coconut chips, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, or something else that you love).
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and arrange almost fondue, but do not consume the products directly hot, but spread them on an oiled sheet (or rather any material to which chocolate does not stick). Decorate the candies in the chosen style with sprinkles until the chocolate is frozen. It may be worth dipping the filling twice if you want to make the chocolate layer thicker.
To begin with, you should bake a chocolate cake, you can use a ready-made mixture, or remember how to bake flour and cocoa.
Divide the cake into small rectangles, put a piece of marzipan or fresh or even dried fruit on top, glaze with melted chocolate. If you have a white chocolate bar, it can be used to draw patterns. Sprinkle the logs with snow from powdered sugar.
It's even easier to make the next menu item — chocolate sticks. Again, to begin with, we heat chocolate, buy breadsticks, sweet, and maybe salty. We dip it, spread it on a sheet, rolling it in crumbs, coconut chips or other decorations.
And finally — baked apples. We take large apples, cut out a cone-shaped cave from above, put them on baking paper, pour a little raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon or mint. Honey will wonderfully replace sugar. Now add a teaspoon of butter and into the oven, preheated to 350 °. Apples are cooked for 35 to 50 minutes, until they become soft.
You got the idea, I'm sure. With chocolate icing, you can eat everything. Enjoy your meal!
