The developers of the Arc browser reported The Browser Company / X about the start of testing the Windows version. The beta build will be available to some users from the waiting list. In total, about 500,000 applications for early access were submitted.
To become one of the first users of Arc on Windows, you need to fill out the form on the company's website by answering a few questions. The developers promise to multiply the number of testers in the coming months.
Recall that the full release of Arc on macOS and iOS took place in July. Many foreign portals call this browser a dangerous competitor for Chrome, and TIME even included it among the main inventions of the year. The thing is that Arc is rethinking web browsing, offering a more comprehensive approach.
In Arc, you can not only browse the web, but also use utilities to create notes, collaborate on texts and illustrations with other users. All tabs in the application are located in the left vertical panel. They can be renamed and pinned, sorted by folders. For more information, see a separate note.
