Not so long ago, Denis Dovgopoly @dennydov wrote a post on a Life Hacker about how to deal with jetlag — a situation when you fly, for example, to the USA, and your body begins to go crazy. I learned about the seriousness of this problem quite recently when I overestimated my strength when flying to San Francisco from Kiev. For about four days, I found time to work with absolutely titanic efforts — I fell asleep at noon, and in the evening I was as fresh as in the morning. It lasted several days. And now keep in mind that in Russia the time was exactly the opposite and you will understand that a real hard jetlag is a severe problem that puts you in a state of mental weightlessness.
You can follow Denis's advice from the previous article, and you can also use the Jet Lag App (which will be free for a week according to Appradar):
September 24. Jet Lag App — to help travelers — appradar.ru/2012/09/jet-la ...
— Appradar (@AppRadarRu) September 24, 2012
That's what this application can do...
All you have to do is set the time and date of departure and arrival. Jet Lag App will analyze the time shift and give you detailed hourly instructions on what and how to do — what time to go to bed, when to avoid coffee and sleep, when not to expose your eyes to bright light.
And how do you fight jetlag?
