And the influence of micro-blogging on the Internet is increasing. And in the wake of the popularity of micro-messages, more and more new programs are appearing. Seesmic desktop is a full—fledged communication program that allows you to comfortably communicate on Twitter and Facebook*. Since the functionality at the level of communication in both networks is about the same, then there is no need to change the interface — both networks get along perfectly in one window.
This program resembles bDule and TweetDeck in its capabilities. Like the latter, it is multiplatform, as it is implemented on Abobe Air. He also has several customizable columns, according to which you can separate different message streams: replays, retweets, directs, regular messages. Just like the first one, he has an advanced and fast search, the results of which are displayed in a separate column. To insert images into a message, Seesmic desktop is integrated with five services, to insert short links — with six, as they say, choose any taste. You can also cut long messages into several short ones, published one after the other (that's something interesting!) and insert images from the webcam. The appearance of new messages is signaled by a small, translucent, pop-up window in the lower right corner of the screen. Even despite its solid clumsiness (it is possible that my laptop is not productive), the program deserves attention.
