I forgot something about casual toys. Correcting myself.
This time I present to your attention Peggle, a fun game that is a difficult hybrid of "arkanoid" and roulette. From the first one got the principle "knock out N blocks with a ball — you will get a prize", from the second — unpredictability. So, we have a field dotted with colorful blocks and balls ("pegasus"). The task is to knock out all the orange "pegs" with balls until the balls run out. Plus, after the ball falls from the field, all the knocked-out "pegs" disappear.
And that's where the fun begins. Gravity acts on the balls, they bounce off other "pegs", and the uncontrollable "bowl" crawling below does not always save the ball flying into the abyss. In this chaos, however, you can build your own strategies, including. despite all the efforts of the randomizer, it is quite possible to pass the next level, although the will of chance cannot be underestimated either.
What else? The seemingly moronic gameplay is addictive at first, the eye is pleased with the pleasant graphics, and the ears are well—chosen effects. Plus a bunch of game options and thoughtful levels.
To summarize: it is strictly mandatory to view!
Yes, I forgot: the price of joy is 17 euros.
P.S.: version for Windows and iPod available...
