If all your work activity is tied to mail, then you definitely need to get acquainted with this application. It allows you to use a convenient task manager and calendar directly in the Gmail interface, which will help to put things in an exemplary order.

After installing the extension, a new button will appear on the top panel of Gmail, with which you can switch between the display modes of Handle. There are three options available in total: invisible, task list, task list and calendar.

The first mode allows you to completely hide the additional Handle tools and work calmly with mail.

Handle to do

The second mode is designed to generate a list of tasks. You just need to press the quick t key to instantly turn an email into a task. It will appear in the panel on the right, where you can set a due date, activate reminders and change other properties. It is also possible to create tasks manually, that is, not related to emails.

Handle full

The full display mode allows you to scatter the accumulated tasks by projects and dates. You can simply drag items from the list on the left into the calendar field to schedule your work for any period. Please note that the Calendar Handle syncs with Google Calendar, so you can view your agenda on any Android device. Handle also has a special mobile application for the iOS platform.

Among the many productivity apps we've reviewed, Handle is by far one of the best. The developers managed to combine everything they need in Gmail very successfully, without cluttering up the interface of the mail service. We recommend it for use, especially since it is completely free.
