"Trusted contacts" is the name of the new Google program, which serves to quickly notify relatives and friends about their location and to get information about where they are.
This need may arise in a variety of situations. For example, you are worried about the behavior of your teenage children while you are at work, you want to make sure that your spouse is returning from training at night, or perhaps you fear for your life.
Here's how it works.
Immediately after installing the application, you will be asked to add family and close friends to the list of trusted persons. People from this list will be able to check your status and location at any time to make sure that everything is fine with you. If you find yourself in a dangerous place or situation, you can quickly send coordinates or a signal for help to trusted persons.
In turn, trusted persons can request data about your condition themselves if they are worried about you. If you do not respond to the request within a few minutes, information about where you are will be provided to them automatically (even if your phone is not connected to the Internet or it has run out of battery power).
The Trusted Contacts app will help you always feel safe and worry less about your family and loved ones. The program is distributed for free and is already available for download in the Google Play application catalog.
