The Meizu M5 replaces the super-popular M3 model, which was released earlier this year. A few weeks before the release, there were rumors that the new smartphone from Meizu would have 6 GB of RAM. And you could really believe it, because the Chinese have been doing something fantastic lately. However, the miracle did not happen this time. The characteristics of the Meizu M5 are far from enchanting, but you can't exactly call a weak smartphone either.
Meizu M5 is presented in two versions: with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, as well as with 3 and 32 GB, respectively. Flash memory can be increased by cards up to 128 GB. The eight-core Mediatek MT6750 processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz is responsible for the performance of the novelty. The battery capacity of the new smartphone is 3,070 mAh.
All this is enclosed in a plastic case with a 5.2-inch display and a resolution of 1,280 × 720 pixels. In addition, the smartphone has the ability to connect two nano-SIM cards or use one slot to expand flash memory. Of course, the Meizu M5 supports LTE and VoLTE, as well as Bluetooth 4.0 LE. The "Home" button has a fashionable fingerprint scanner installed here.
Android OS is installed on the smartphone 6.0 Marshmallow with FlyMe shell. The gadget will be on sale in as many as five colors: blue, gold, green, white and black.
The younger Meizu M5 model will cost only $ 103, the older one — $ 132.
