Under Armour is, it turns out, not only very high—quality sportswear, but also a multifunctional mobile application, a kind of sports social network in which you can subscribe to other athletes, publish not only your workouts, but also text posts, as well as share photos and videos.
This sports network reminded me of the Line social network, which combined messaging and blog posts.
So, you download the free app, launch it, create a new profile using email, or log in via your Facebook profile*, and then start setting up. The app will prompt you to choose the sports you do and the people you might be interested in.
In the Connect with friends section, you can see the friendship requests that were sent to you via the network, or see who of those whose contacts you have already uses Under Armour Record.
Sports:fitness training, running, yoga, weight training, basketball, soccer, American football, golf, baseball, hunting, fishing, walking, cycling, swimming, hockey, martial arts, softball, surfing, winter sports, tennis, volleyball, hiking, motocross, dancing, boxing, triathlon.
In the Connect section, you can select your sports gadget. If your sports accessories are not among the listed ones, you can launch the application on your phone and practice with it, or simply enter information about training manually.
Gadgets that work with the app: iPhone, Armour 39, Heart Rate Monitor, Tom Tom, Garmin, JawBone UP, Withing, My Fitness Pall, Fitbit, Suunto, Misfit, Wego, Polar, Fitbug.
Well, we will test it!
