Almost everyone who reads this article is human. There will be bots, but even they have weaknesses. That is why it makes sense in this blog — we are trying to improve certain aspects of our lives. As is known to all people who have received a technical education, the strength of the chain is equal to the strength of the weakest link. That's why our weaknesses prevent us from achieving our goals.
To go a long way, you need to walk. Small steps will eventually lead to where it is needed, and our work with weaknesses should begin with their identification. Then we suggest to list your strengths, your advantages and advantages. Well, now you can think about how to transfer your weaknesses to the list of advantages. In order to give you an idea of how this can be done, here are some examples.
- An inept speaker? Become a pleasant conversationalist, solve questions in face-to-face conversations.
- A weak writer? Do everything personally. Instead of a boring printed offer, bring yourself and make it in person. The report does not work out — arrange a presentation without feeling sorry for yourself. I can't write a blog — arrange a podcast or video blog.
- No money to start a big business? Be small but creative. Small companies have their advantages, including a faster response to the changing market situation.
- Not too frisky? So you will be able to think about everything well before you do it. Do important things more carefully and be more meticulous than others who have more time, but where are they up to your quality.
- Not enough blog readers? You can get to know the audience better, establish closer relationships and, accordingly, discuss what everyone will be interested in.
- Don't like to chat too much? Find your niche and create masterpieces alone. Look for others who will be interested in promoting them instead of you.
- Disorganized? Simplify your life and you will have nothing to organize. Create and invent, instructing others to organize and build processes.
- Are you with the technique? So what? Take a paper and pen, or a simple text file, finally. Concentrate on your work instead of looking for the latest tools and learning them.
- No time? Perfectly! Use what little you have with maximum efficiency. Limitations — it's wonderful: they mobilize us, make us find better solutions and choose what is really important.
