Individuum Publishing house in February will release a reprint of Robert Garaev's book "The Word of a Kid. Criminal Tatarstan of the 1970-2010's". It will be supplemented by Individuum will release a reissue of the book "The Word of the Kid" with additions / Forbes an author's afterword, photographs of participants of Kazan groups and a dictionary explaining the meanings of the words "chushpan", "asphalt wars" and others.
The original book about the "Kazan phenomenon" was released in November 2020 in an edition of 2,000 copies. After the start of the series, they were quickly sold out, but by the end of this year the publisher had released an additional 46,000 copies. In January 2024, the company plans to print another 20,000 copies.
The reissue, scheduled for February, will have a new cover, which will make it easy to distinguish the new version from the old one.
