Apple has provided developers with free access to beta versions of iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma and watchOS 10. This means that anyone can download the latest versions of the software to compatible devices.
Previously, you had to pay $99 per year for access to them. Now it's quite simple to register in the Apple Developer Program, confirm your Apple ID and download the necessary software without waiting for the launch of public versions.
However, the company reminds that early versions of operating systems contain errors and can lead to rapid battery discharge. Therefore, it is better not to download them to the main device. Publicly available and more stable software should be released in July, and the final ones in September.
