So, the New Year can already be said on the very nose. We make Christmas toys with our own hands. This time I want to offer you templates and a guide to a voluminous postcard that can be made in just 5 minutes. Well, maybe for 10, if the printer refuses to print and the template will have to be drawn manually.
To make Christmas toys with your own hands you will need: plain white paper, scissors, a paper knife, glue, cardboard and a pencil.
1. Print out the Christmas tree template on plain paper. Since I didn't have a printer at hand, I drew by hand.
2. Carefully fold the pattern in half outward and begin to cut and bend. First, you make the uppermost segment: cut along the bottom solid wavy line, gently bent the finger in the other direction along the dotted lines. We folded the postcard in half again and proceeded to the next segment. And so on to the end.
3. Printed out the second template on which the first one will be pasted. It can be made from thicker paper. You can take colored or double-sided cardboard, like mine. It is not as dense as the standard one, and it is convenient to bend it.
4. strong> Lubricate the sheet with a three-dimensional herringbone on the back side with glue on the sides and carefully glue the second sheet on top. That's all — the postcard is ready! It's nothing complicated, right?
And if you have colored paper for the printer in your office, then you can make a green herringbone, and choose a white or red base.
On the same site where I found a Christmas tree postcard, you can find other three-dimensional postcards with templates. For example, another rabbit, which is even faster to make than a Christmas tree. I wish I had a printer on hand!
