Strength training and stretching with a towel. Sometimes at school physical education lessons we performed an interesting exercise — took a towel by the edges, pulled it hard and stretched our arms out in front of us, constantly keeping them in suspense. After this exercise, it seemed that some extraneous force was lifting our hands up. To be honest, I vaguely remember the confused explanations of our physical education teacher.
But these people have found a very interesting use for a towel and use it in their home workouts as an additional accessory when performing both strength exercises and stretching exercises.
