Office gymnastics: exercises for hands

We hope that in the week that has passed since our first post of the Office Gymnastics cycle, you have accustomed yourself to the idea that during the working day you need to take breaks, not passive, but quite active and train your eyes. Today — it's time to do hands, because they are the ones who suffer the most from keyboard and mouse workers.

We offer you three sets of exercises for the hands.

Complex No. 1.

1. Slowly clench your hands into fists, and then slowly unclench them. Repeat this exercise 5-6 times.
2. Place your palms on the table and press them on the inner surface of the table cover. Take turns bending your fingers on your hands.
3. Raise and lower your arms several times. Describe with your brushes, and then with each finger a few circles.
4. Perform rotational movements with your hands, then move your fingers, then squeeze your hands into fists and rotate or around its axis.
5. Shake your hands.
6. Squeeze your hands together and press one hand on the fingers of the other hand.

Complex No. 2 is designed to rest your hands.

1. Raise and lower your arms several times, shake your hands.
2. Clench your fists tightly for a few seconds, then unclench them, relax. Repeat the exercise 5-7 times.
3. Perform rotational movements with the brushes — 10-12 times in each direction.
4. Stretch your arms out in front of you and actively move your fingers for 1 minute.
5. Connect the palms of your hands together and turn your fingers towards you, with your hands away from you. Slowly press one hand on the fingers of the other hand from the palm side, as if turning the palm and wrist outward. Repeat 5-7 times.

Complex No. 3.

1. Rub the outer and inner surfaces of your palms until you feel warm.
2. Using the thumb of the left hand, bend back each finger of the right hand. To do this, perform four taps on each finger. Then repeat the same for the right hand.
3. Connect the fingers of both hands together, the palms should be turned to each other with the inner sides and slightly apart. Press your fingers into each other, then relax your hands and shake them.
4. Gradually clench your hands into fists. Shake the brushes, relax them.
5. Gradually squeeze your fingers into a fist, then abruptly unclench, throwing out your fingers. Lower your arms, shake your hands.
