Option # 14. Add to yogurt and muesli. Add a pinch of powdered green tea or a couple of tablespoons of brewed, a little favorite muesli and berries to low—fat yogurt - get a delicious and healthy breakfast.

Option #15. Cook fruit in it. An excellent dessert is obtained from apples or pears boiled in syrup. And if you boil them in water with the addition of green tea leaves and a small amount of brown sugar, honey and spices, you will get a fragrant, delicious and healthy dessert.
