How to cook pizza in 5 minutes? This time breakfast will be for lovers of a hearty meal in the morning. I don't really like breakfast on weekdays, as I have to eat early and quickly, so the choice of dishes is not so wide. I won't last long on muesli and porridge, so I am in constant search. I found a very simple and quick version of morning pizza for those who like to eat well, besides, it gives complete freedom of imagination regarding the ingredients: vegetables, eggs, meat, fruits — everyone can add what he wants there, or based on the contents of his refrigerator.

What is needed for this? You need a microwave or oven, pita, Georgian lavash or buns and, of course, a filling to your taste.
How to cook? It is also very easy and fast. For example, the simplest thing you can do is take a pita or pita bread, knock out a raw egg and some fresh or dry herbs on top, add salt, pepper, you can sprinkle cheese and send it to the oven or microwave for literally 5 minutes, since the only product that should have time to cook is an egg. And it takes quite a bit of time.
You can grease the base with tomato sauce or pesto sauce — it all depends on what is in the refrigerator and what you like best.
While the improvised pizza is being prepared, you can make tea or coffee.
To the egg, you can add sliced tomatoes, sausage, ham, mushrooms — in general, anything you like. It even turns out rather than pizza, but scrambled eggs on bread with cheese, but this does not make it less tasty ;)
And it can also be made relatively vegetarian if you put tomatoes cut into thin slices of zucchini, eggplant and peppers on pita bread.
If you want to make several pizzas with different fillings, then you can take small round buns for the base and cut them in half, taking out a little crumb so that the filling does not fall out.
