I think that many of our readers know about Seth Godin and there is no need to explain why I chose this particular article. As always brief, simple and ingenious :) So, a brief summary of one of his speeches.
Seth Godin admitted that he could not touch on what would happen next. Because the changes are happening too quickly and dramatically. The best thing he can do at the moment is to talk about the present tense (here and now). In the digital age, product information spreads very quickly thanks to high-speed internet and a laptop. If earlier the production of any thing was a rather complicated process, now everything is much easier. The digital revolution has created opportunities that go against our basic instincts and the act of giving freely is one of them. The ideas that spread are the ideas that will win.
Your job is not designed to find out if you can hold on to it for another day and get paid for it. Your job is to understand how you can use what you do as a platform for art. And what is art? Art is the ability of human beings to solve a problem in a way that it has never been solved before.
If you want to reap the benefits of value, you must realize that we give all the value to those people who solve problems in a new way. The person who solves the problem after them does not receive any value. In solving problems, you should see a new experience. We pay for the path of experience that relates to our needs, because this experience is the very value.
There is a huge difference between reckless and fearless. Strong entrepreneurs are prudent and fearless, but not reckless. We spend quite a lot of time building our fears, presenting problems that have not yet arisen. This is due to our inner voice, which tries to protect us from danger. Once you can talk to your inner voice, you will realize that you are working for the right things when they are on the surface. That's when you need to keep acting.
Your job is to come up with a product that sells itself. Do not base the case on your customers who do not have enough knowledge, because they may find this product elsewhere. If you can write down how to do something, it may well be done by someone else, only cheaper.
