Google has released an updated Chrome online store for all users, a platform that offers browser extensions.
Visually, the update was clearly inspired by the Material Design 3 style used in Android: buttons with strongly rounded corners, lack of volume in interface elements and a fairly free distance between them.
The recommended content has been placed in a separate section — it offers popular content, editorial choices, and other selections. There are also separate tabs for extensions and themes — each also has blocks of recommendations and thematic collections.
Previously, the update was available to a small number of users as part of the test, but now it has been rolled out to everyone.
