WhatsApp for Android has a feature that allows you to completely block calls from unknown people. The option was noticed in the latest beta version of the messenger.
Thanks to this feature, users can better control their privacy and protect themselves from scammers.
It is also possible to mute calls from unknown numbers. However, they will still be displayed in the "Calls" tab and in the notification center. This is in case you don't want to miss anything, but you need to focus on an important task.
The feature is already available to some WhatsApp beta testers for Android. It is expected that more users will have it in the coming days. You can enable it in the Privacy tab.
