It is really convenient: the combination of a classic interface for programs of this type, ease and clarity in use and a certain general positive aura of the program makes it one of the most interesting in the class of free applications for planning cases.
The availability of a free, portable, Russian version has made this utility one of my favorites in planning. Judge for yourself: the program is able to build a timeline of cases, has cyclic tasks and a diverse range of reminders with comments, a personal contact directory, notes, is able to beautifully print the planned (hello, re:PocketMod!), as well as import/ export information from/to data/ data in RTF, TXT format, CSV, HTML, vCard, TreePad, KeyNote, Outlook, iCal and even iPod.
The data is stored in a password-protected database (there may be several of them and they can be located anywhere), and are divided into four types: tasks, cases, notes and contacts. Contacts are provided with detailed information with drawings and notes, as well as birthday reminders. Tree-like notes have a visual RTF/HTML format and can be sorted by names, changes and using auto-sorting. Cases are used for global planning, and tasks are used for detailed, everyday queries.
The paid version has access for several users and remote use, mass e-mail mailing by contacts, advanced data selection filters, unlimited number of files attached to the contact, todo sheets, synchronization with Windows Mobile Pocket PC, smartphones, Outlook, supports 8 encryption algorithms, tabs in the interface, but I'm on a USB stick quite there is enough free (differences).
