Every year in Russia 200 thousand people are lost. To find them, volunteers comb "LizaAlert": to get lost does not mean to disappear / Rostec forests and streets, distribute orientations, call hospitals. But it is possible to make the search even more effective with the help of an unmanned aircraft system. The hackathon participants will have to work on it.
The competition is held by the NTI Foundation together with the search and rescue team "LizaAlert". Several stages are envisaged. At the first stage, you need to develop a program that will search for people based on photos taken from drones. The best teams will advance to the second stage and the final, where they will be provided with an aircraft. The result should be a comprehensive solution that will allow you to find people in a sparsely populated area on an area of 0.5 km2 in 30 minutes. The prize fund of the first stage is 5 million rubles, and the total prize fund of the competition is 100 million rubles.

The competition is aimed at finding technological solutions for the development of the Arctic regions of Russia. The teams will work on tasks from partners: Rosatom, Norilsk Nickel, Sovcomflot, Novatek and Medsi. For example, you can develop an algorithm to create a route when swimming in ice. Or find a solution for a telemedicine complex that will be used in paramedic and obstetric stations in remote villages and villages.
You can participate in the competition online, but the final will be held on November 24 in full-time format. The authors of the best ideas will be offered grants to finalize and test solutions.

The new season of the Digital Breakthrough project is dedicated to artificial intelligence. Participants are waiting for district hackathons in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Sochi, Perm and Stavropol. And in the fall, one All-Russian and one international competitions are planned. If you live in a city that is not on the list, you should still apply — teams can participate remotely.
The first hackathon will be held in Moscow. The teams will work on an algorithm that predicts the interaction between VK users, train the neural network to recognize subspecies of swans from photos, develop a model for predicting violations in the functioning of IT programs and solve other tasks. The second hackathon will be held in June in Yekaterinburg. The start of registration will be announced on the project website.

The participants will develop a digital solution to 1 of 21 tasks from the Moscow administration and representatives of big business. For example, a team may propose a smart corporate assistant project to solve business problems. Another option is to create a model for building optimal collection routes for payment terminals. The ideas affect different areas — from e-commerce and industry to housing and communal services and the social sphere.
You need to submit the idea of a solution by May 28. Technical experts will analyze the projects and select 10 teams for each task, which will meet in the final in Moscow. The authors of the three best ideas in each category will receive money for their development. The total prize fund is 42 million rubles.
