Microsoft recalled the imminent termination of support for Windows 10 21H2

The American company Microsoft reminded users about the termination of support for the Windows 10 operating system version 21H2. Its service will end on June 13, 2023.

The June security update will be the last for the 21H2 editions of Home, Pro, Pro for Educational institutions and Pro for workstations. After that, devices running this OS will continue to function, but will not receive patches with protection against the latest identified threats.

In this regard, the company recommends that users upgrade to a later version of Windows 10 or immediately to Windows 11, if the hardware component of the device allows it.

Also, support for educational and corporate versions of Windows 10 20H2 will soon cease. This OS will stop receiving security updates on May 9th.
