The concept is good and it works for many. But our to-do lists are usually long, and this can be discouraging, distracting or frightening. An interesting and simple Now Do This service comes to the rescue.
You can use it as a website, and it will not waste unnecessary traffic, since all the work takes place on the client side. But we recommend turning it into a GTD-style part of your desktop. We have also already written how to do such things.
Having received such an assistant on your desk, you just have to minimize all Win + D windows and you will immediately understand what needs to be done and what you are distracted from. Finished? Minimize the windows and click Done. At the end of the list you will find the victorious «all done!»
Now you can add the rubble of smaller cases to the list and start over.
The fact that you see only one task helps you not to be distracted and not to postpone what you need. Now I just set the cases according to their priority, copy the three main cases directly from Outlook to the nowdothis gadget on my desk and do not look at the Outlook to-do list until I have done all the cases from the already set list. This approach helps me a lot.
