OrSiSo is an excellent program that gathers all your interlocutors in one interface. Conceived as a messenger for Twitter, this program has quickly improved to a universal messenger, with which you can now communicate not only on Twitter, but also on Facebook*, ICQ, Gtalk, MSN.
The program stands out for its original interface, in which all elements are beautifully highlighted, and any action is accompanied by magnificent visual effects. I connected Twitter, Facebook*, ICQ (via AOL), Windows Live and Google Talk to OrSiSo (Flickr, Friendster, Bebo, Linkedln, Yahoo are also supported), and despite the English language in the interface, Cyrillic was perceived by the program without problems.
It is clear that many services of short links, photo inserts, emoticons, links, hashtags, quick search through contacts and networks, tabs and other attributes of modern communication are supported. All interlocutors can be grouped at their discretion. To facilitate this task, the program provides for the creation of several circles — columns with contacts united by their common characteristics. Such a solution is an analogue of groups on Twitter, only if we take into account that the program shows contacts not only of this social network, then this solution becomes more universal and generalizing. All contacts can be represented as avatars and lists with detailed actions. Any action possible with this contact is displayed when the cursor is brought to the avatar.
You will not miss any important message, as the program shows pop-up notifications that you can customize at your discretion.
The program undoubtedly deserves attention. Her interface seemed to me somewhat overloaded, and not the most productive — probably affected by the fact that my laptop is not the most productive, and the visual effects accompanying the work of the program noticeably load the system. But on the other hand, we spend a lot of time in conversations, and we have the right to the beauty of our desktop.
