- Give yourself time to immerse yourself in the flow. This is a state in which you are able to work qualitatively at a faster pace. Sometimes it is possible to get into the stream immediately, and sometimes it takes time. And this is absolutely normal.
4. Do sports
Sport helps you stay focused and focused. This is especially necessary if you are engaged in complex intellectual work.
On the other hand, finding time for physical activity can be difficult. Try these small life hacks:
- Tell yourself, "I'll only work out for 5 minutes." Don't set ambitious goals right away. Most likely, they will scare you and you will do nothing. Start with a five-minute sports session, and then continue practicing if you feel like it.
- Exercise every day. Otherwise, you will be tempted to constantly reschedule your workout for tomorrow.
- Train in the morning. By the evening you will be so tired that you will only want to get under the covers and watch your favorite TV series.
5. Focus on what can be controlled
