Deputy and well-known statesman Elena Mizulina once again declared to the whole world that she is ready to deal with anything and everything in matters concerning the corruption of the population. After numerous statements concerning homosexuals, she moved on to other burning issues. Most recently, she said that, it turns out, the iPhone is to blame for the molestation of minors.
She didn't mention any other Apple devices or competing operating systems. Either she doesn't know anything about them yet, or it's the Apple smartphone that has especially sunk into her soul. Well, this is not surprising, the smartphone is excellent, intuitive operation, and any Mizulina will cope with it.
According to the deputy, the development and popularity of the mobile Internet will affect the corruption of the younger generation. Children are much better versed in modern technology issues than their parents and will easily bypass all the installed filters.
Fortunately, the relevant State Duma Committee on information policy did not support Mizulina's initiative. Instead, Deputy Vadim Dengin said that it is better to engage in the development of Internet education and tell the public about existing filtering methods.
But in the Ministry of Communications, on the contrary, Mizulina's proposal was supported. Stating that parents are not aware of the threats and risks of the Internet, unlike experts dealing with the problems of our younger generation.
I wonder how Mizulina would have spoken about child molestation if she had been presented with a golden iPhone with Putin's image. It seems to me that she would then have to turn her attention to flagship devices from other manufacturers.
Let's somehow solve this issue, let's get her something on a golden iPhone… Otherwise, she is unlikely to listen to reasonable arguments…
