The Chinese company OneNetbook has introduced a portable console OneXplayer 2 Pro Eva Limited Edition. One of its main features is the appearance. The design was created based on the anime "Evangelion".
The gadget is equipped with a screen with a diagonal of 8.4 inches and a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. This is more than the ASUS ROG Ally, Valve Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch OLED.
The device runs on an AMD Ryzen 7 7840U (Zen 4) APU processor with integrated RDNA 3 graphics. Inside there is also 64 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a drive up to 4 TB PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe.
OneXplayer 2 Pro received a 65.5 Wh battery, which is also more than the main competitors. There are USB 4, USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.0 Type-A, microSD ports and a 3.5 mm jack.
As with the Nintendo Switch, the controllers can be left attached to the screen or reassembled into a full-fledged gamepad. You can also connect a proprietary keyboard to the screen, thus turning the device into a small laptop.
It is reported that other console colors will also go on sale. But the release date and prices have not yet been disclosed.
