He can, like all his brothers, record Audio CD, Mp3 CD (wav, mp3), Data CD, Data DVD, Video DVD (DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW), Data Blue-Ray (BD-R, BD-RE, BD-R DL, BD-RE DL), Data HD-DVD, as well as to make ISO images from disks and subsequently burn all the same disks back from them.
The program does not differ in anything exotic, except for its beauty, simplicity, size and free of charge. It is made according to the same principle as all the software of these developers: during installation there is only the minimum necessary, and everything else is downloaded and installed only after accessing the appropriate functions. Thus, you always have a minimalistic, but working software that can be functionally pumped, if it is required of it. I think this approach is very rational.
The utility runs on Windows 95/NT4/98/2000/ Me/XP/2003/Vista, as well as in Mac OS X 10.2 and higher. The free version can be expanded for a little money to a paid one, in which additional audio formats (wma, au, aiff, ra, ogg, flac, aac) will appear. In general, if someone needs a small, neat and fast disk burner, then Express Burn is just right.
