I have a very strange feeling from using the iPhone. The most inconvenient thing about it is the telephone component. And neither the list of the last dialed, nor Favorites, nor a relatively convenient phone book help me to conveniently call from it. The SuperDial program (the link leads to the App Store) allows you not only to set from one to thirty photos of friends for speed dial, but also knows a lot more interesting things!
The program has a lot of settings that relate not only to the number of photos to set.
You can set the background theme for the photos and their location.
Photos are signed not only directly from the notebook, but also with an arbitrarily specified word. You can put special icons like hearts or shards on photos to emphasize the characteristics of a certain person.
The program does not work slower or faster than a standard phone application and it is a pleasure to use it, especially if you have a habit of adding new contacts with photos.
P.S. I didn't take screenshots from my version of the program out of respect for my friends. And I was just too lazy to coordinate the placement of photos of nine persons on the Internet :)
