Have you ever met people who pass by all the stresses and chaos of everyday life without touching or touching them? They just float through life in their halo of perfection and leave behind everyone who feels not so beautiful. What are we doing wrong? What prevents us from becoming successful people who do everything in time and always get what they want?
Here are a few habits of successful people who have come closer to their ideal than others.
Successful people prioritize and do not succumb to minor weaknesses. Instead of sticking to the little things and procrastinating, they do the most important things first, and spend the rest of their time on pleasant little things. This helps to get rid of tension and the burden that hangs over you, not allowing you to enjoy life.
People striving for perfection understand that they will not be able to achieve anything if they feel bad. Therefore, they put their health and well-being first: they regularly exercise, prefer healthy food and leave time for quiet work and hobbies that help to relax.
Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, but instead of trying to suppress them or ignore them, successful people agree with them and work on their shortcomings (the more you ignore your weaknesses, the more problematic they become). In addition, it is a great opportunity to maintain self-esteem.
Successful people trust themselves first of all. They don't care what others expect from them, they always know what they expect from themselves and do it.
People who have come to success not only set high standards for themselves, but also do not allow these standards to intimidate themselves. They understand that nothing is perfect, but they find deep satisfaction in doing tasks as well as possible. To do something well the first time is much better and easier than then fix jambs.
Successful people know what they really want — both professionally and personally. They know exactly what their life will look like if they keep moving towards their goal. And they never lower the bar by agreeing to less than was originally intended.
Successful people do not allow the prospect of lack of money to intimidate themselves and are not sold into slavery for a piece of bread. They will not take a job that they are not interested in just to get good fees for it. The threat of poverty, on the contrary, becomes a motivation for them to realize their ideal faster.
People who do everything in time never make unrealistic lists of tasks that even a robot cannot complete. There is always a place on their to-do list for eating, taking a shower and relaxing. After all, they value their health too much to drive themselves into a corner or constantly postpone planned things.
Successful people know that multitasking does not lead to anything good.
The road to success is not a straight line, but a track on which you need to learn how to maneuver between cars, choose the right speed and turn in the right direction. Successful people constantly analyze their goals and the degree of their fulfillment, adjust the course and find new ways to achieve them.
Instead of getting annoyed about everyday things, from which there is no escape, they bring them to automatism. They automatically check their e-mail, prepare food and clean the apartment, spend a minimum of time and energy on it and then go about their business.
There is simply nothing to add at this point.
Successful people work from 30 minutes to one hour, after which they stop for a short break before the next throw. Sometimes they can work for four hours, sometimes for eight — it all depends on the amount of work that needs to be done today. They are doing everything they need to do to fulfill their plan, but they are not going to burn out at work.
No matter who (intentionally or not) tries to interrupt their thoughts and destroy their goals, sow and cultivate seeds of doubt, perfect people know that they are doing exactly what is needed, and exactly when it is needed. Their critics can't boast the same, so they quickly fade and fall off.
