The first thing you do is register on Fleetly either through your Facebook account*, or register via email and login, upload an avatar, enter the necessary data and adjust the measuring system for yourself (convert miles to meters and pounds to kg).
The set of exercises offered by the service is quite wide: the division by sports (there are even skiing and polo), work on specific muscle groups, exercises for advanced users and for those who are just starting out. A selection of quick exercises and exercises that you can do on the road. There is even tracking of your yoga classes (ashtanga, hatha, etc.), Pilates and dancing. There is also a pretty good guide to stretching with a short video.
Videos with examples of exercises are present in many categories and this makes classes much easier, since we don't always do everything right after reading only the description. So I consider the availability of short video lessons to be a huge advantage of this service.
On the main page, you have a constantly updated news feed about what the people registered on the site are doing, with the number of points earned and the results chart on the right side. If it bothers you, just select the tab «me» or «friends» and then you will see either only your results, or the results of your friends (whom you also add to the site from registered users).
Another rather interesting feature on Fleetly is joining Calls. For example, can you do push-ups 100 times in one set, or walk 100 miles from October 1 to December 30, or can you create your own challenge and make it open? Then everyone who wants to try it will be able to join you, choose partners independently and send an invitation by mail.
In general, there are many opportunities, there are even special sets of exercises from Lifehacker.com which they consider most useful for busy people.
In addition to the web version, there is a mobile app for iOS and a version for Android users will be released soon.
This is how the app looks on the iPhone.
