But you should not give up daily gymnastics in any case.
This set of exercises will help strengthen the back muscles and relieve tension.
1. Put your hands on your belt. Turn the body left and right in turn. Turning to one side, spread your arms so as to bring the shoulder blades behind your back. Turning to the other side, bring your hands together in front of you, as if embracing yourself. Repeat this exercise 6-8 times.
2. Simultaneously, with a sharp movement, raise your right hand up to the stop, the left — down and perform several jerks with your hands while bending your back. Then change hands.
3. Stand up, put your hands on your belt. Pull your elbows back so as to bring the shoulder blades together as much as possible. Return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 8-10 times.
4. Lower your arms down and raise your shoulders as high as possible. Repeat 8-10 times.
