Today, many have already begun to turn away from a beach vacation as a boring monotony of a way to spend their vacation days, but I cannot agree with this approach, since I rarely get on vacation at all. In this regard, I will allow myself to tell you about a few points that will help you get more pleasure from trips to "all inclusive" and other places that are not so included, where they also mostly relax.
You probably already know that there is a place to search for information about hotels on the Web. There are sites that are native to us, and if you trust foreigners more, then there are even more of them. I will not list the places where you can view information, google will help you, but I will tell you what you should pay attention to when searching.
- Choose a hotel considering the goal. Look at the age of the commenters on the sites and try to understand how it relates to the rating. A lively girl probably won't fit a hotel for families and pensioners. That is, she needs to look for high marks from peers or just people with similar interests.
- Pay attention to the volume of services included:do not forget to make sure that there is a safe and it is free if you are going to safely leave things dear to your heart in the room, for example, or pay attention to the availability and free of charge of the mini-bar if you know the habit of drinking on the bed.
- Read the information about the region as a whole, including the latest news: maybe there was a malaria epidemic or livestock deaths recently, there may be a lot of meat, and health may become less.
- Don't overestimate expectations. Choose the best hotel, as you think, suitable for the price, and do not expect anything special, it will help you to be pleasantly surprised.
Having chosen a hotel, you can think about the fact that you can get into it, in general, either on your own, or using the services of tour operators. The second option involves complete relaxation, and does not always lead to overpayment, oddly enough: tour operators save on transportation and booking due to volumes. However, take a closer look at the possibility of arranging everything yourself: hotel rooms are available, and a ticket and a transfer from the airport are a matter of technology. Don't forget just one thing: provide yourself with health insurance. If you will be engaged in a tour operator, then choose the one who is best represented in the country of rest, and not with us.
In addition to the actual choice of location, it is worth thinking about preparing for the trip itself. What should not be forgotten?
- Make sure that visa issues will be resolved on time. A tour operator can also deal with visas, or you won't need a visa at all, but it's worth checking.
- Collect a minimal set of medicines , similar to a car first aid kit, adding remedies for your personal allergies, as well as digestive regulators of both directions.
- Prepare in advance all the necessary documents, including passport, driver's license (if you rent a car), etc., and also check that these documents are valid in the destination country.
- Do not abuse things, take only what you need. Most beach places will allow you to buy a minimal set of clothes on the spot a little more expensive than at home and definitely cheaper than in Moscow. (We have already written how to pack a suitcase correctly. And although you'll need a little more stuff, principles can help).
To be continued.
