We admit to ourselves honestly that to achieve a goal, a trip or just entertainment, often we simply do not have enough strength. No advice will help you become more productive if you are simply sluggish and cannot do anything at full strength.
Let's look together at how and how we deprive ourselves of energy.
- Lack of sleep. Everyone knows, right? Yes, everything, but a good sleep should be made a priority. Not everyone needs 8 hours, but some need more, experiment. I personally found out that sleep at 7, 5 o'clock is optimal for me. If noise interferes with you, earplugs will help you, old-fashioned, but effective.
- Sugar. Yes, after a while after eating sweets or drinking a can of cola, you will definitely want to take a nap. You can reduce this effect if sugar is combined with fiber. Fruits are even better, sweet not because of sugar, they also bring fiber into the body.
- Caffeine. Yes, yes. Having received cheerfulness after drinking a cup of coffee, you will pay off by the fact that the level of cheerfulness will fall below average after some time. Nothing is given for free. A quick caffeine start may have to be paid for by nerves, insomnia or fatigue at the rest of the day. Choose for yourself.
- Lack of physical activity. Unused dies, as you know. Therefore, morning gymnastics, jogging or almost any other regular exercise will increase your energy level.
- Lack of oxygen. Most of the day we breathe shallow, which leads to insufficient oxygen levels in the blood. To solve this problem, it is enough to devote five minutes three times a day to inhale and exhale very slowly ten times, not forgetting to pause.
- Over-processed food. The more you eat fresh vegetables and fruits, the less you process proteins, the more energetic you feel.
- Dehydration. Lack of water leads to problems with blood supply, deterioration of brain activity, and makes you feel tired. A good rule of thumb advises drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. And keep in mind that the use of caffeinated drinks leads to the excretion of fluid from the body, that is, coffee and cola lovers need to drink even more water.
- Stress. Life is not an easy thing and we are all subject to stress. There are a lot of tips on how to deal with it. In particular, you should stop worrying, as we have already written.
- Chronic pain. Some people live for years experiencing pain every day, coming to terms with it. Even if you once could not cure your ailment and put up with the pain once, you should see a doctor again, perhaps modern methods of treatment will help you heal without pain.
- Harmful people. People who are focused on the negative are often reputed to be energy vampires simply because after talking with them, others lose the desire to look into the future with a smile. Avoid such people whenever possible.
