Another interesting application to help those who have decided to lose weight, finally go in for sports and generally lead a healthy lifestyle.
Now, every time before you eat something delicious, you will see how many calories are in this most delicious, and how much effort you will have to spend to ensure that these calories do not settle on certain parts of the body. Very motivating, right?
During registration, you enter your physical parameters: current weight, desired weight, height, date of birth and gender, how physically active you are during your work (sedentary, average activity, etc.), how many times a week you want to exercise, etc.
Based on the data received from you, the app calculates how many calories you should spend every day in order to achieve your goals.
For example, in order to lose 2 kg (say, from 50 to 48), I have to burn 1200 calories every day. And then I will lose 1.5 kg by January 25, 2012.
You can track your results not only through the mobile app, but also through the website.
You keep your food diary by dishes. Enter the name of what you ate for lunch into the grocery dictionary of the application, specify the amount and get a layout by calories and elements. It turns out that two bananas are 160 calories.
You can also save your own recipes for healthy and low-calorie dishes here.
In the «Exercise» section, you enter the number of workouts and calories burned. For example, I entered «running», and the application gave me several options at once.
Everything you enter on the site is automatically duplicated in your mobile app, and vice versa. If the exercise you performed is not in the list, you enter it yourself. For example, you were engaged in a program specially designed for you, with appropriate applications and gadgets that allow you to track the time and the number of calories burned. Then you create your own exercise and enter the received data.
At the end of the day, the app calculates your overall picture (eaten — burned) and shows how much you manage to adhere to the established norms.
For example, in order to burn a double cheeseburger menu, I will have to run for at least half an hour at an average speed of 5.5 minutes per km. True, Runkeeper holds a slightly different opinion (you need to try even more), but even if you look at the MyFitnessPal data, you will have to run around a lot.
If it's boring to lead a healthy and proper lifestyle alone, you can invite friends to lose weight more fun together ;)
